Boxing legend ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson is ready to put on a show for the world one last time.

The legendary boxer ended his 15-year-long retirement to face fellow veteran Roy Jones Jr. in 2020. This marked his first bout at the age of 54 years, which became a cause for serious concern. Nevertheless, Tyson once again sets his sights on making a return one last time against Jake Paul on November 15th.

The Youtuber turned boxer debuted on the undercard of Tyson vs. Jones Jr. Since then, Paul has racked up a rather impressive record of 10-1, only losing to Tommy Fury. Now, the younger Paul brother is looking to lock horns with aging ‘Iron Mike,’ which drew criticism from fans and Dana White. Moreover, an update on Tyson’s latest physique shocked Paul, as he offered his reaction in an Instagram post.

Jake Paul has been at odds with UFC’s head, Dana White, for quite some time, and his booking with Tyson has made it worse. Despite the criticism, it seems like Mike Tyson is really taking his training quite seriously, as evidenced by the Instagram post. It doesn’t seem like it will be an easy night for Paul, as the former world champion will look to win at all costs.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul’s bizarre post containing a bloated physique raised questions among fans. Despite being 58, Mike Tyson has exhibited shades of former self in training videos. It is something that has made Paul raise an eyebrow nervously. The 27-year-old walks into his 11th professional bout against a grizzled yet aging veteran.

A loss here could really dampen his name, leaving him to exercise his only option to jump to PFL. Paul also paved the way forFrancis Ngannou to join the league as well. While Ngannou made his successful return to MMA, it was his former boss, White, who lambasted the African for past issues. Taking the matter into his own hands, Paul jumped into Ngannou’s defense with his own take.

Following Ngannou’s successful return to MMA, Dana White was quizzed about his thoughts on the matter. White threw shade at Ngannou for leaving UFC in order to duck Jon Jones. Moreover, he claimed that the African star was on the verge of being cut from the UFC.

Jake Paul is a fan of the UFC as much as any other member of the MMA community. He has often made appearances in UFC events before allegedly getting barred. Responding to the claims, Paul reminded the UFC head of his old comments favoring Ngannou over Jones.

3 years ago, he was telling Jon Jones to move down to 185 to avoid Francis Ngannou, and that Jon didn’t really want to fight Francis… but now the narrative doesn’t suit Dana White.

White has leveled serious allegations against Paul for making use of PEDs to gain an unfair advantage. He also challenged Paul to undergo random testing for 2 years. The feud between the duo is still unsettled as they continue to throw shade at one another every chance they get.

Mike Tyson is in ‘war mode’ as his crossover clash with Jake Paul edges closer.

The former undisputed heavyweight champion is set to square off with Paul on November 15 in a professional heavyweight clash.

Tyson hasn’t competed in the paid ranks since being retired on his stool by Kevin McBride in 2005.

But ‘Iron Mike’ is determined to remind everyone of exactly who he is.

Tyson recently uploaded a clip of him smashing a sparring partner through the ropes and has followed that up with an eerie promo.

The 48-second black-and-white video opens with a shot of Tyson working out in the gym as a menacing track plays in the background.

As the music builds, some of Tyson’s most famous quotes flash up on the screen.

One reads: “Discipline is doing what you hate to do, but doing it like you love it.”

Meanwhile, there is also an excerpt of Tyson’s speech after his win over Lou Saverese in 2000: “I’m the best ever.

“I’m the most brutal and vicious, and most ruthless champion there’s ever been.”

Tyson then starts screaming at the camera before the video fades to black.

After watching the promo, boxing fans flooded the comment section to give their take on the intimidating upload.

British cruiserwight Aloys Junior’s incredible power has the boxing world on notice.

Junior has seven consecutive knockout wins on his professional record, and has ferocious power that has seen him compared to heavyweight legend Mike Tyson.

During an appearance in the talkSPORT offices, Junior smashed the punch machine record, scoring higher than Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou who previously hit an arcade machine.

And Junior, who will return to the ring against Oronzo Birardi at York Hall this weekend, has insisted his earth-shattering power is something he carried from a young age.

“I’ve been blessed with great genetics, but overall it has to be work ethic as well,” Junior exclusively told talkSPORT.com.

It is certainly work ethic, I have worked for a very young age on my explosiveness, and I have carried on working hard on it throughout my adulthood and professional career.

“It is something that I continue to work on to this day, my punch power and my explosiveness.

“I struggled to find sparring partners but not so much now, I always used to try and knock them out.

“Nowadays I don’t try to do so as much, I try to use them a bit more for work and rounds.

“If you are trying to knock these guys out, it is fun, but when are you going to spar again? It is very counter-productive.

“I even wear bigger gloves now around 20lbs, so to make sure I don’t hurt my sparring partners as much.”

Junior has been training under the stewardship of experienced trainer Ben Davison, who is the current trainer of former two-time heavyweight world champion Joshua.

Heavyweight prodigy Moses Itauma, who has also been coined as ‘Britain’s Mike Tyson’ is also a recent stablemate of the exciting young cruiserweight.

Joshua and Itauma have been in scintillating form, in particular the former who has knocked out Otto Wallin and Francis Ngannou since inheriting Davison as a cornerman.

OKAYHis promoter Frank Warren has insisted he is becoming known for becoming the most heavy-handed within the camp.

He said on talkSPORT’s Jim White and Simon Jordan: “A cracking fight between Aloys and Berardi.

“Aloys has been training with Ben Davison, and everybody in that camp says he is the hardest puncher in the camp.

“That camp includes Moses and AJ so it will be an exciting fight, and he is an exciting prospect.”

The 21-year-old has a bright future ahead of him, despite falling to defeat on his professional debut.

Junior took a brave step-up on his maiden appearance, taking on prospect Michal Soczynski, and losing on a narrow points decision.

But Junior believes he can go to new levels after impressing alongside the two talented fighters.

“Ben is helping me get to the next level,” Junior continued.

“He has increase my IQ by like ten times, by really understanding the sport ins and outs.

“Knowing when to do and not to do something, being aware of what is happening in front of you.”

He concluded on his ambitions: “Yeah absolutely I would love to be at British title level.

The fight will take place at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

The cancellation of Jake Paul’s fight against Mike Tyson scheduled for July 20 did not upset the YouTuber-turned-boxer’s schedule.

He has kept his plans to step into the ring on the same date, although he found a new opponent to fulfill the commitment ahead of his fight with ‘Iron Mike’ on November 15.

His next opponent will be Mike Perry, former UFC fighter and current Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), with whom he will clash in an eight-round bout to be held at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

“He is a proven knockout artist who has proven to be a maniac in and out of the ring. This is the perfect experience for me before I face Mike Tyson. But getting that experience comes with risks. Those who know me know I’m a risk taker and while ‘Platinum’ Perry might try to take me down, I’m Titanium Jake Paul and I’m not afraid of anyone,” Paul stated in an interview with ESPN about his decision to find the ideal opponent for a fight while stepping into the ring with Mike Tyson.

For his part, Perry had long called for a fight against Paul and during an appearance on TMZ Sports television show revealed the intense rivalry he has with the YouTuber.

“We’ve never been friends. He’s never been good to me, he wanted to beat me up, and he’s a sneaky little snake, and I’m going to f*** him up by pulling his teeth out of his mouth. F*** ’em. F*** you, Jake. I’m going to break your face, b****.”

Lennox Lewis has been giving his views on the upcoming fight between his old foe Mike Tyson and young YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul.

This controversial bout was originally set for July but Tyson had an ulcer flare-up that delayed it until November 15. The officially sanctioned fight will last for eight two-minute rounds with no headgear and will count on both men’s pro records.

Lennox Lewis and Tyson Fury

‘Iron’ Mike hasn’t fought professionally for over 20 years since he ended his career with a pair of defeats, while Paul stopped his last opponent Ryan Bourland in the first round and is on a mission to prove himself in the sport.

Speaking to FX 29 Philadelphia, Lewis admitted he would be watching the fight.

“Yeh course, you never know what’s going to pop up. I’m happy for them, they’re going to make a good bag, a lot of kids love Jake Paul, a lot of kids love Tyson, they want to see what’s going to happen in the ring to both of them. Me too.

He was then asked if he was siding with Tyson.

Jake Paul AND Mike Tyson

“Mike Tyson is going to win. Mike Tyson is not that old. Don’t take him too softly.”

At 57 and as a former world champion, the host wondered if Lewis still had the level of skills to fight someone like Paul.

“No. You got to look at the age. You can probably fight somebody like that and do well cause they’re not a true fighter and there’s a 100 things you’ve forgotten that he’s learning. Age will be a determining favour if the fight goes too long. But if Mike comes with a 10-second combination and catches him, he’s 100% [going down]’”

Before news broke that it wouldn’t be just an exhibition fight, Lewis was originally pleased as he didn’t want Paul ‘to get hurt’.

“I’m glad otherwise I would feel really bad for Jake Paul, I don’t want him to get hurt”

That the fight is happening at all is a surprise given Tyson once said he would never fight the YouTuber.

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have been two of the biggest heavyweights in British boxing in recent years, with the two seeming to be on a collision course ever since we can remember. However, that wait could finally come to an end in 2025.

Deontay Wilder and Francis Ngannou

JUST IN: Joe Rogan speculates ‘the fix was in’ for Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou boxing match…

Despite the fact they are the two biggest names in British boxing, ahead of Joshua’s meeting with Daniel Dubois for the IBF world title in September, a former sparring opponent of both Fury and AJ has revealed that there are two Brits that punch harder than the poster boys.

Former cruiserweight champion Lawrence Okolie has sparred with both Fury and Joshua, but has named Dubois and teenage boxer Moses Itauma as the hardest hitters he has faced off with.

“I think he’s probably one of the hardest punchers. Him and Moses Itauma are the two hardest punchers I’ve been in the ring with, whether that’s sparring or fights.”

Lawrence Okolie’s History With Fury & Joshua

Anthony Joshua & Tyson Fury AND Lawrence Okolie

Okolie has sparred with Joshua a number of times over the years, but Fury made the former Olympic boxer part of his training camp before his first meeting with Deontay Wilder in 2018.

Following the 2016 Olympics, the 31-year-old became one of the most sought-after names for the biggest stars in boxing as a sparring partner. Joshua’s next opponent, Dubois, is another name the former cruiserweight has shared the ring with as a sparring partner, with Okolie warning just how hard he hits. Itauma has also shared the ring with Okolie, however, and the 31-year-old was also full of praise for him.

High Praise For Moses Itauma

Okolie spoke highly of Itauma’s ability, comparing him to a teenage Mike Tyson as he pointed out the 19-year-old has the hardest punch he has felt. Given that that is in a sparring capacity and not a competitive scenario, it speaks volumes of what the teenager’s opponents would be feeling when they share the ring with him.

Oleksandr Usyk AND Tyson Fury VS Daniel Dubois

Itauma is currently unbeaten, with a record of 9-0. Seven of those victories have come via knockout, which highlights even further what Okolie has praised the teenager for with his punch. Not only did the 31-year-old compare the 19-year-old to Tyson, but he also tipped Itauma to go to the very top of the sport.

Joshua & Tyson Set For Collision Course

The British duo have long been predicted to face off in the ring, with it being frequently labelled the most anticipated fight in British boxing history. That prediction looks set to come true within the next year, with the two predicted to meet as early as December of this year.

Joshua’s most recent fight came against Francis Ngannou, who had lost to Fury before meeting with him. Meanwhile, the Gypsy King met with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in the first undisputed title clash in 25 years, which saw the latter emerge victorious.

Following his victory over the former UFC star, many had speculated the possibility of Joshua meeting the winner of the clash between Fury and Usyk, but with the Gypsy King off the table, and Joshua’s upcoming meeting with Dubois, that appears to be unlikely.
